popular food in my country - hesham daas

bazeen, cous-cous and pasta with a lot of sauce are popular food in my country


bazeen


2 pounds barley flour
2 pounds meat (lamb or beef)
1 medium size onion
some potatoes tomato eggs olive oil and some pepper

this food is very good in Libya
